I made these cute Halloween treat bags for each member of my Hostess Club. Just a little thank you for being such great Hostesses.I used the Ghostly Greetings Designer Series Paper, 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon (Black, Pumpkin Pie, Elegant Egg Plant) or Kiwi Kiss/Very Vanilla Satin Ribbon, Scallop Circle Punch, 1 3/8" and 1 1/4" circle punch, card stock ( black, whisper white, or pumpkin pie) and black hemp twine.
